A solid surface basin is cast from a mineral-filled composite rather than fired from ceramic. Because the material is solid through its section, a bowl and a vanity top can be formed as a single piece with no rim joint, and surface damage can usually be repaired rather than replaced.
The term does not describe one recipe or one performance level, and it does not mean the top, bowl, tap and waste arrive together. Confirm the composition, thickness, finish, color reference and supplied components for the specific product.

Hole count, spacing and diameter are confirmed per order. State the tap model or the required spacing, and whether the tap is deck, wall or floor mounted.
